Sizing Guidelines
Our sweaters are designed to give a slight oversized fit. As these are hand-made, please allow for 1-3 cm difference occasionally. Please find sizing guidelines attached.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for fulfilment of your order. These are handmade and as such, we like to ensure that we have enough time to make sure everything is perfect.
If this is a gift, please take this into consideration and allow as much time as possible!
Where do I tell you the name I want on the sweater?
Once you have selected your size, you can input the child name after this. Please ensure that you use the desired capitalisation.
I made a spelling error, what do I do?
Oops 😅 It happens to the best of us!
Reach out to us ASAP via our contact page with your order number and we will try our best to fix before our team starts working on your sweater.
Do I capitalise the name?
We suggest only capitalising the first letter of the child's name. It just looks way better.
We do not recommend capitalising all letters. Particularly because our fonts are cursive, and this tends to look unreadable (and like you are shouting at people 🥲)
What about really long names?
This depends on the sizing of the jumper. For smaller sizes, we recommend a maximum of 8-10 letters. For larger sizes, 10-12 is the maximum we recommend.
How do these fit?
They are slightly oversized for a baggy fit. We just think it looks cuter this way.
Can I choose a custom font?
Unfortunately not. We only allow for 4 font options, outlined in the product images. Please refer to this to see how these fonts look.
Can I customise colours?
Our sweaters come in a wide range of colours and options. We cannot customise outside of this. Feel free to have a look at our store for something that suits.
For wool (used for the name) we have a tonne of options here to customise the letters. Just select which colour you would like when you place your order.
Where will my order ship from?
A majority of our orders will ship from our Australian warehouse.
Occasionally, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, an order may ship from one of our warehouses in either China or Los Angeles.
This should not impact the 2-3 week fulfilment time.
How do I care for these?

What materials do you use for these?
We use 100% cotton, and ensure that all materials are natural and safe (Fluorescer Free) to protect your little ones. We are also environmentally conscious and ensure that all of our production is eco-friendly and sustainable.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping (right now...🤫). But rest assured that your package will be delivered to you in perfect condition, ready to be wrapped.
