SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items will be delivered via Australia Post. Customers can choose both express or standard shipping methods of parcel delivery. Customers will be provided with a tracking number upon fulfillment of their order. For any lost or damaged items, a customer enquiry case must be lodged with Australia Post.

TIME FRAME
Bambini Bambini sweaters can take between 1-7 days to personalise.

Once your sweater is personalised, we will provide a shipping number.

Shipping delivery can take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered depending on metro, rural, or interstate locations. Unfortunately, Bambini Bambini cannot guarantee these time frames as they are to be used as a general guide only, provided by Australia Post. 

Total fulfilment time is typically between 2-3 weeks. If you are ordering for a special occassion, be safe, and order 3 weeks ahead of time. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping will take between 3-4 weeks, depending on metro, rural, or interstate locations. Unfortunately, Bambini Bambini cannot guarantee these time frames as they are to be used as a general guide only.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be shipped directly to an address designated by the patron, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases made from this website are made in compliance with a shipment contract.

Patrons are responsible for filing any claims with shipment carrier(s) (Australia Post) for damaged or lost shipments. Responsibility for risk of lost items purchased from Bambini Bambini passes onto the purchaser once the item has been dispatched to the carrier. Customers are responsible for tracking the progress of their shipment and ensuring collection from the local post office in the case of a failed delivery attempt. In the circumstance that the patron fails to collect the shipment from the local post office and the item is returned to sender, the customer is liable for the re-shipment cost. No refunds will be issued under this circumstance.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All sales are final at the time of purchase. Prices displayed on Bambini Bambini website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%. Please note delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product. Full payment is required at the time of order to secure the purchase. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Please follow checkout instructions to place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure all order information you have entered or selected is accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, quantities selected and shipping addresses.

An order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to acknowledge that we have received your order. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Bambini Bambini, and we will confirm acceptance by sending an email confirming shipment of the order placed. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an error in price, information, or if the product is no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Bambini Bambini may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and shipment of any order.

All patrons placing an order with Bambini Bambini agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.
