RETURNS

All sales are final at the time of checkout. In the interest of hygiene and for your own protection, Bambini Bambini does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind and reserves the right to repair or replace the items after they have been assessed.

As the items are personalised by nature, an exchange or refund will only be issued if the item purchased are exhibiting a genuine fault and are considered defective.

Each item is put through quality control prior to dispatch. For all faulty returns please notify and lodge a return request via our contact page.

Kindly contact us with your order number, and the reason for return. We may request a picture through this procedure, so please be sure to photograph the faulty item. 

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays. Please note that orders may take between 2-3 weeks to fulfil due to the nature of the items (personalised).
